The KRK V6S4 delivers a clean, balanced sound using a 6.5" woven Kevlar® woofer and 1" Kevlar® dome tweeter. The use of Kevlar® across both drivers ensures minimal distortion and a consistent tonal response through the crossover, giving you natural mids, controlled lows, and smooth highs.

This design helps the V6S4 translate mixes accurately across different playback systems. Fast response times also make it easier to detect subtle transients and fine mix details, ideal for editing vocals, mixing drums, or finessing stereo image placement.

49 onboard EQ presets for precise room tuning

The V6S4 features a built-in DSP engine offering 49 selectable EQ presets, created using real-world acoustic analysis to help correct common issues like reflective surfaces, desk interference, and speaker placement. This allows you to fine-tune the monitor’s response to your specific environment without relying on external correction tools.

Using the included KRK key, you can cycle through settings quickly and find a sound that suits your room and your ears. These options are especially useful for engineers working in shared or untreated spaces where acoustic consistency is harder to maintain.

155W of bi-amped Class-D power

With 155 watts of bi-amped Class-D amplification, the V6S4 delivers both power and precision. The tweeter receives 30W, while the woofer gets a dedicated 125W, ensuring balanced output with enough headroom for loud playback and critical listening.

A peak SPL of 115 dB and wide frequency range of 50 Hz to 24 kHz means you can trust what you’re hearing across the full audio spectrum. Whether you’re mixing dynamic tracks or mastering dense arrangements, the V6S4 gives you clean sound at all levels.

Studio-ready design with flexible placement

The V6S4’s front-ported enclosure helps reduce low-end build-up from boundary proximity, making it suitable for placement near walls or in compact studio setups. The cabinet combines MDF construction with a solid aluminium front baffle that adds structural rigidity, improving transient response and stereo imaging.

Other features include a built-in EVA foam pad for vibration control, XLR/TRS combo input, selectable input sensitivity, and standby and ground lift switches. An optional protective grille is also included for mobile or broadcast use. Designed to perform reliably in professional environments, the V6S4 is a strong choice for modern studio monitoring.
