AudioThing Gong Amp is an amplifier plugin that models the Eowave Resonator Metallik and its unique 'gong' speaker cone, allowing you to create resonances and tones like nothing else. Control physically modelled parameters such as chain type and microphone placement, and even add a pillow to your setup to change and further enhance your sound. The featured Performance section allows you to adjust settings to your playing style to create the perfect sound for any of your tracks.
Designed in collaboration with Hainbach, Gong Amp is based on the Eonwave Resonator Metallik which replaces the conventional paper speaker cone and instead uses a gong for added sonic interest. A rare and expensive model, AudioThing have designed this plugin which goes above and beyond the physical unit allowing for added sound design possibilities for the many.
