The SubZero SZ-PAD400 Class D Amplifier is a durable, reliable and compact power amp. With a durable steel chassis and discreet 1U rack design, this is ideal for most PA setups.
The SZ-PAD400 offers 190W of power per side at 4Ω, 115W per side at 8Ω and 380W in both bridge and parallel mode. Featuring XLR input connectors to accept signal from your mixer, the SZ-PAD400 has the choice of speakon or binding post outputs, offering versatility to your PA system.
To ensure a long-lasting and reliable system, the SZ-PAD400 features a number of built-in protections. These include a soft start, limiter, short circuit protection and a thermal cut-off. you get a power amp that won't let you down. An included ground lift also means the unit is resistant to ground loop hum, ideal for professional use.

Focus on great sound quality and consistent performance. The SZ-PAD400 provides 115W of power per side at 8Ω and 190W per side at 4Ω. This unit ideal for smaller PA systems. Versatile in any configuration, the SZ-PAD400 offers three output modes. In stereo mode, channels 1 and 2 are operated and powered independently, allowing you control over the output of separate speakers. Parallel mode repeats the signal from channel 1, in this mode channel 2 is redundant. Bridge mode combines the output channels to create a single more powerful mono output. As well as a ground lift to remove unwanted hums, the unit has an auto limiter switch which you are able to engage with the press of a button.

In the instance of overloading all is not lost. The SZ-PAD400 unit will activate the in-built safety measures to reduce any unwanted effects.
