Your hearing is paramount as a musician and Korg have got your back. The new NC-Q1 DJ Headphones employ the latest in noise-cancelling technology to achieve the perfect balance between hearing protection and pristine sound. It works by utilising both Feed-Forward and Feedback Active Noise Cancelling technology. These features are specially-tuned to process high sound levels while still retaining maximum sound quality.
Unlike conventional noise-cancelling headphones, the NC-Q1 features microphones on the exterior and interior of the ear cup. The result is accurately suppressed frequencies which automatically adjust to the environment.
At the heart of the NC-Q1 is a 5-layered 41mm custom PEEK high-grade film diaphragm. This custom technology delivers an ultra-wide frequency response, resulting in pristine sound that is clear and well-balanced. Utilising premium-grade components results in high-resolution audio reproduction, complete with two (left and right) audio inputs for maximum compatibility.
Smart Monitoring and Sound Enhancing
In addition to the noise-cancelling technology, the NC-Q1 headphones feature both Smart Monitoring and Sound Enhancing functionality. These unique features allow you to customise what you hear from external sources, by using your choice of EQ preset and volume balancing. You even have the choice of which ear you monitor with.
Versatile Bluetooth connectivity with 36-hour battery life
The latest Bluetooth technology has been incorporated with support for virtually all Bluetooth codecs (SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX-xLLC, APTx-HD) for added flexibility. It also supports remote access to Google Assistant and Siri, making them ideal for use on the move as well as in the club. The headphone's dedicated beamforming processing delivers the best possible voice signal for clear and crisps sound.
The earcup features onboard buttons and switches for quick and easy access. The multi-function switch makes it easier than ever to navigate through songs, including actions for play/pause/rewind/fast forward and skip functions. Should you remove your headphones, the smart transport control function with automatically stop your audio stream, then restart it once the headphones are in use again. From a single charge, the headphones can provide up to 36 hours of battery life, this ensures you're always ready to go.
