Key Features
The Verbos Producer Configuration, Wood is the ultimate Eurorack synthesizer with an expansive and fully-featured set of modules for creative and expressive sound design. The Producer Configuration, Wood takes all the stress away from building your own modular synthesizer, providing you with the perfect platform to dive into playing right out of the box, making it a tailor-made solution for live performers.
Comprised of a curated selection of some of the finest modules Verbos has to offer, the Producer Configuration, Wood gives you the tools to craft any sound you can think of with stunning detail and accuracy. Whether you're creating earth-shattering dance songs or cinematic masterpieces, the Producer Configuration can help you achieve your goal. A Harmonic Oscillator and Complex Oscillator provide a distinctive tonal palette with a dedicated Amp and Tone module to shape the timbre and tone of your sound. Mix and pan your tracks and signals with the Scan and Pan module and have ultimate control over your control voltages with the Voltage Multistage and Control Voltage Processor. Further manipulation can be performed through the Multi-Envelope to shape the transient of your sound, all of which can be processed through time-based effects in the Multi-Delay Processor for the finishing touches.
Housed in a made to measure, powered Eurorack case, all you need to do is plug in your power cable and start patching to explore a new world of sound design. There's never been an easier way to achieve the sounds in your head through modular synthesis than with the Producer Configuration, Wood.

The Verbos Harmonic Oscillator is the first Eurorack module to provide the first eight harmonics as sine waves, complete with outputs. It offers a varied sound palette, allowing you to achieve everything from vocal-style sounds to organs and even more organic sounds. The discrete triangle core comes complete with triangle, saw and square waves. The left side of the module features an oversized potentiometer for controlling the frequency of your oscillator. It also contains ‘fine’ and ‘coarse’ controls for added precision. This complex sound source provides a variety of tonality, delivering genre-defying sounds that can be used in the studio or live on stage.
The Verbos Electronics Foundation Oscillator produces harmonically rich tones with bespoke analog circuitry. Based on the discrete transistor core of other Verbos oscillators, you'll get that same characteristic depth and intensity from a compact 12 HP module. Generate triangle and square waveforms, and use the multiplying waveshaper to create a hard sync effect - all from a single VCO. Fade between sine and saw, square and spike for total control of your timbre. Or multiply the saw, square, and pulse to add richness to your signal. The result is a classic sound, reminiscent of the Buchla Music Easel.
A discrete and flexible combination of transistor-based VCA, exponential and linear CV FET input gain and vactrol-based Sallen-Key lowpass filter, the Amplitude and Tone is the perfect output section for the voice chain of your modular Eurorack. Featuring a huge range of sound shaping possibilities, everything from rich, vintage filtering to tame harshness all the way to extreme resonance that adds tremendous weight and energy to your sound. Due to the discrete design and linear and exponential curves, you can achieve some hard-hitting and aggressive percussive sounds, making it the perfect choice for electronic music producers looking to take your music over the top and turn it up to 11.
With the Multi-Delay Processor, you can use delay effects as an integral part of the song, becoming part of the structure and rhythm of your beat or melody instead of an after-thought as a way to add depth or atmosphere. A bank of eight delays are chained in series and voltage-controlled from 10ms to 150ms to give you a huge array of flexibility with you construct your rhythms, where each delay bank has a corresponding output or can be summed through the main outputs. Not only that, but each delay line input has an envelope follower output to integrate with other modules within your Eurorack to create interesting warping effects.
Multi-Delay Processor also features a unique input mixer, allowing you to transform your sound into a crisp and professional tone, full of distinctive analog flavour that will sit perfectly within your mix. The input mixer channels can be used to create different effects when not patched in, where channel two creates a +1 octave tracked pitch effect and channel 3 delivers a lush reverb.
Add percussive sounds, noise beds, and sweeps to your signal chain. Pink noise is created via a 23 stage Pseudo Random Sequencer Generator, giving you minutes of intensity and texture before repeating. Accentuate and tame frequency ranges with the four-band fixed filter bank. Signals patched to the filter input go to all four filters, giving you control of low (below 630Hz), low-mid (from 630Hz to 1.7kHz), high-mid (from 1.7kHz to 4.4kHz), and high (above 4.4kHz) bands.
Break out of conventional wide stereo or mono track positioning to give your mix space to pick out each element individually. This is the perfect module for experimental composers or cinematic composers that use heavy projects with multiple tracks and need to find space for each part of your song. Each channel of audio is given an input gain knob to scale back or increase the gain of low-level signals, driving this hard will deliver some musical harmonics that you can use to creative effect as well, panning knob and a dedicated level fader to balance the volume of your tracks.
Centred around two rows of eight configurable CV sliders, Voltage Multistage can be used as a sequencer up to eight steps, a voltage controlled LFO, a multi-stage envelope with eight stages, a voltage quantizer, a clock divider and more by recreating the control signals of these modules.
A flexible and powerful tool, the Sequence Selector gives you five steps of analog sequencing with gate input and outputs on all stages of the sequence. To give you the maximum amount of versatility, the Sequence Selector can jump directly to any stage of your sequence without having to reset your sequence from the start, making it the perfect choice for live performers. Not only that but if you want to edit the length of your sequence mid-performance without resetting or disturbing your sequence, simply patch in the stage's gated output to another stage input. Patching in the gated output to the "advance" output or pressing the corresponding button will take you forward one step in the sequence, by doing this you can create glitching effects to add dynamic and energy to your performances.
Precisely shape your audio signal. Its reimagined design features two envelope generators positioned at the top and bottom of the module. Easily control waveforms via the front panel sliders. In each generator, DADs, RAHDs, and DAHR are available simultaneously. Create textured echo effects with the unique ADAsR envelope shape on the top generator, and continuously blend linear ramps to RC curves with the Shape knobs.
adds complexity and nuance to your Eurorack ecosystem. Inspired by the Buschla 257 and DUSG, it combines a slew limiter, envelope, and two four-channel CV mixers. That's great for scaling, inverting, mixing, crossfading, compressing, modulating, and more.
At the heart of Random Sampling is the quantized randoms section. Centered around a digital sample and hold that grabs random CVs, determined by the control panel, Random Sampling sends these unique voltages through the two outputs with different distributions. The pattern generated is truly random and will never repeat at any time, unlike other random generators, to give you a completely unique experience every time you pick up the instrument.
