Its high fidelity colour screen and pedal imagery makes it easy to see your current rig at a glance, without getting lost in a sea of menus.

The HeadRush Core is equipped with a powerful looper that allows you to effortlessly create and layer sounds. With the ability to capture loops up to 5 minutes long and 20 minutes of total audio per loop, you can easily save and load your own loops to capture inspiration whenever it strikes. Additionally, you can sync the looper to other devices like drum machines via MIDI, expanding your creative possibilities. The intuitive looper control makes it accessible for musicians of all skill levels to use, offering features like undo/redo, quick tempo and loop length adjustments.

Simple to use with multiple connectivity options

The Core is equipped to seamlessly integrate into any setup thanks to its array of connectivity options. Create clones, share/download presets, and update firmware with ease thanks to direct WiFi capability. In addition to its wide array of guitar and microphone I/O, you're also equipped with 1/4" XLR, MIDI and headphone outputs to suit any stage or scenario.

Easy-to-use onboard practice tools

With the ability to load songs from Dropbox, internal storage, or connected USB drives, our practice tools offer convenience and flexibility. You can loop song sections, adjusting the tempo without affecting the pitch and vice-versa, allowing you to practice at your own pace. Additionally, we provide Bluetooth audio connectivity, enabling you to play along with mobile devices for an enhanced practice experience.

HeadRush firmware 4.1 update highlights

The HeadRush Firmware 4.1 update brings a fresh wave of creative and workflow upgrades for Prime, Core, and Flex units. Three new effects headline the release: C-Verb, a studio-grade convolution reverb with 50 premium IRs and user-loadable options; Multi Tap Delay with four adjustable taps and wide stereo spread; and Grain Delay, a granular-style effect with freeze and pitch controls for glitchy ambience and modulation.

MIDI integration is taken further with expanded control—footswitches, scenes, and rigs can now send up to five custom messages each, alongside improved MIDI In CC mapping. Amp Cloner tone accuracy is tightened, with improved low-end response and gain structure that better reflects the original source. Per-amp output level control has been added for fine-tuning volume between blocks.

Quality-of-life updates include extended tuner ranges, refined UI tweaks, and workflow enhancements in the desktop editor. Altogether, Firmware 4.1 continues HeadRush’s commitment to delivering powerful performance tools that take your playing to the next level, onstage and in the studio.
