The Ludwig Breakbeats 16'' 4pc Shell Pack is a compact kit designed for small venues and rehearsal spaces. The 14x16" bass drum, 7x10" tom and 13x13" floor tom with Remo Pinstripe heads produce a full-sized sound without taking up excess space. The 5x14" matching wood snare offers the tonal centre of this shell pack and the 7-ply hardwood shells throughout the pack sounds and plays like a full-sized kit. The low-end punch from the kick is complemented by the focused midrange of the tom and snare.
As a compact kit, this shell pack comes with storage bags for easy transportation and stackable storage. What's more is that you can achieve an instant change in sound and volume by draping the bags over each of your drums to provide a muting effect and minimising volume. No matter where you are playing, whether it be in your own practice space, a small venue or even on the street, the Breakbeats shell pack will always be able to provide the sound you need.

The 45 degree bearing edges situated on this kit provide optimum connection between the drumhead and shell to deliver a clear sound. This is created by hand sanding the sharp edge of the shell to provide a smooth and flat surface. This flat surface ensures easy head seating to provide a clear point of contact between the drum head and shell.
Single tom holder delivers optimum tom support
The single Tom holder provides optimum support to the toms, easily absorbing playing power and ensuring that a clear resonant sound can be achieved. The tom mount is built into the bass drum minimising the need for unnecessary hardware and utilising the kit space efficiently.
